How long is the demo?
Fifteen minutes, screen-shared. We walk your actual workflow — a real job from the first phone call through dispatch, the technician's mobile app, the invoice, and the payment. No slide deck.
Will I get pressured into buying?
No. The call is run by a product specialist, not a commission-based closer. If FieldNexus is a poor fit for how you work, we will tell you on the call.
Can my office manager and lead tech join?
Please bring them. The people on the dispatch desk and in the trucks ask the questions that actually decide whether software sticks. Send us their emails and we will include them on the invite.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing. If you want to get the most out of it, have one typical job and one job that always goes wrong in mind — we will run both.
What if I just want to try it myself first?
