How long is the FieldNexus free trial?+
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to core features. You can invite your team, import customers, and run real jobs before adding a payment method.
How quickly can we go live?+
Most teams schedule their first jobs within a day. If you are importing from spreadsheets or another tool, plan for a short data migration window — our team provides templates and checklists.
Do you offer implementation help?+
Yes. Self-serve onboarding is included for every account. Larger teams can add guided implementation for dispatch rules, integrations, and custom forms.

Does FieldNexus work on iPhone and Android?+
Yes. Technicians use native iOS and Android apps for work orders, photos, signatures, time tracking, and payments. The office team uses the web app in the browser.
Can customers book appointments online?+
Yes. You can embed a branded booking form on your website so new and existing customers pick services, share details, and choose times that respect your rules and capacity.
Is there a customer portal?+
Customers can view appointments, pay invoices, see service history, and submit requests from a branded portal — reducing inbound calls for your office.
Does FieldNexus support recurring service agreements?+

Accounting sync is supported so customers, invoices, and payments stay aligned between FieldNexus and your accounting system — reducing double entry.
Can we accept deposits or progress billing?+
Yes. Deposits, staged invoices, and partial payments are supported for larger jobs and commercial work.

How is my data secured?+
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based, and audit-friendly activity history helps larger teams meet internal controls.
Who owns my customer and job data?+
You do. FieldNexus is a processor for operational data you store in the platform; export tools help you maintain your own backups when needed.
What uptime should we expect?+
We target high availability for the cloud service. Status updates and maintenance windows are communicated in advance whenever possible.
